How Fuel Your Fund can help booster clubs support the next season

Turn an everyday household purchase into support for the team—with a clear plan, a shareable link, and terms agreed before launch.

Booster clubs do the work around the work: helping a team get where it needs to go, supporting equipment needs, and bringing families together behind a season. Fuel Your Fund gives that community another way to participate through something households already buy—laundry care.

Start with one specific need

A focused campaign is easier to explain than a general request for support. Choose a need the club can describe clearly, such as travel, equipment, or a team experience. Confirm the goal with the club’s decision-makers and decide who will be the contact for the campaign. The first conversation with Athlete Fresh should start there.

How the program works

  1. Tell us about your club. Share the organization, the team or activity, your goal, and the timing you have in mind.
  2. Agree the plan before launch. Confirm the fundraising share, which orders qualify, the campaign period, tracking, and the payout schedule.
  3. Give supporters a clear way to shop. Share the approved campaign link and explain what the fundraiser supports.
  4. Let us handle orders and shipping. With a link-based campaign, the club does not need to buy or distribute inventory.
  5. Review the results together. Reconcile the campaign under the agreed terms and decide whether another round makes sense.

Start with a focused booster-club pilot

A school booster club can bring families and supporters together around a concrete team need. A proposed pilot could start with one club, one goal, and a defined campaign window. The club would choose its organizer, confirm the plan with Athlete Fresh, and share one clear message with its supporters.

Participation, use of school or team branding, the fundraising share, and campaign timing would be agreed with the club before launch. This is a planning example; it does not represent an announced partnership or funds already raised.

Why an everyday purchase fits

Families already have uniforms, practice clothes, and household laundry to wash. The campaign connects that routine to a team they care about. Supporters can choose to participate when they need laundry care, while the club keeps the message focused on its goal. No purchase volume or fundraising result is guaranteed.

The club share and our charitable give-back

Athlete Fresh gives 5% of all sales to charity. A Fuel Your Fund campaign has its own agreed fundraising terms alongside that commitment. The 5% statement is not a promise that every participating club receives a 5% commission, and the affiliate program’s commission is not automatically a booster-club rate. We work through the club’s arrangement before anyone shares the campaign.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • Your club or organization name and the right contact person.
  • The specific need you want to support.
  • Your target dates and the community you hope to reach.
  • Any school or club approvals needed before using its name, logo, or communication channels.

You do not need a finished marketing plan to start. You need a clear purpose and someone ready to coordinate it.
